Idol Brain Clash - KBS Lunar Year Special

Girl groups come together to play compete with each other on who is the smartest girl group member. One member from Sistar, Rainbow, Miss A, T-ara, Secret, Brown Eyed Girls, f(x), Girl's Day, Dal Shabet were chosen to compete to win scholarship for their school.

There were questions about poems, songs, literature, Chinese sayings, arts and even English spelling. In the middle they also played games to win special prizes to take home. There's flexibility contest and arm wrestling.

It's SBS Lunar Year Special "King of Idols" where 18 idols were gathered in Pattaya to see who will be the King and Queen.

The male idols are Nichkhun, Chansung, Jinwoon, Donghae, Eunhyuk, Seungri, Minho, Onew, Jungmin. The female idols are Hara, Seungyeon, Krystal, Hyomin, Hyunah, Uee, Lizzy, Seonhwa, Hyorim.

They made the show similar to X-man from the past where they go to a vacation place and played games and pair up with each other.

YG, please let these boys go to variety show more often, we want to see them laugh! I love it!!! ^^

GD and Top are going against each other in "Night After Night", is it going to be "arrogant GD" or "cool Top" to win? I think it's nice that GD clarified that he's really not arrogant at all, and is actually a guy that has a lot of tears inside. And just hearing Top's answers to questions to him makes me laugh, he's funny without trying to be, so cute! ^^

Lots of new revelations from the two boys that I haven't heard before like Top was supposed to be named "Mark" and why GD monitors Seungri's sms, and more. =) And it's so cute to see Daesung as he keeps on looking at Top while he's attacking him, lol! XD

12 students were chosen from different fields, singers, actors, announcers, and came together to learn more on how to become successful in the entertainment business. On their first day, they were given a chance to show their talents.

Next is to write their life diagram. And finally a press conference. They were scored and evaluated and the last place will have to get out of the school. It's an interesting new show that I think can gather audience with the help of the idols in their student line up. =)

Sooyoung's mom asked Haha and Mong to be one day moms to SNSD and they can't be any happier! ^^ They went to Haha's house to spend the day. They received foot massage from a reflexology expert and Haha and Mong each checked out the contents of their bags.

They then played the "complaints" game to raise the dissatisfaction they have toward other members. Using Sooyoung's mom's recipe, Haha and Mong cooked a delicious meal for the girls.

With Super Junior and Mblaq together in this show, I can't find any reason not to watch it. ^^ Super Junior's Shindong, Yesung and Kyuhyun and Mblaq's Seungho, Cheondung and Lee Joon are playing different games to see who will be able to avoid punishment from Shin PD.

First game is the balloon throwing where one member will throw a giant balloon to the opponent making him fall or cross the line. 2nd game is the sleeping bag game where they each has to be inside the sleeping bag and run towards the decreasing number of pillows, sure is so much funnier than the first game, lol! XD Then they played a charades game. ^^

It's one of the few shows that 2NE1 is guesting on. I think they are more comfortable with talk shows rather than variety. =)

They got to talk about a whole lot of things and we get to know the members better. Since we don't get to see them a lot on show other than music shows, it's pretty hard for us to know the girls better. Yes we see them in 2NE1 TV but that's when they're with each other, we don't get to see them interact with other artists so it's nice to see them once in a while in other shows. Hope to see them become friends with artists from companies other than YG. ^^

Haha and Mong are ummas for a day to 2PM as requested by Wooyoung's mom. We get to see their new dorm and personal space. The couples who shares rooms are Taec and Junsu, Junho and Wooyoung (but Wooyoung sleeps in the living room), and Khun and Chansung (but Chansung sleeps in the living room too with Wooyoung so it seems like Junho and Khun have the rooms to themselves while Wooyoung and Chansung are sharing the living room. ^^).

They also went out for barbecue and played some games as requested too by the mom.

Haha and Mong visited Kara's dorm! We get to see the girls in their bare faces right from dreamland. ^^ I have to say that Gyuri is really pretty so I won't blame her for calling herself a goddess. And I like her holding the image of the leader with a princess syndrome just to make it in the world of variety because she carries it well. ^^

With bonus of 2AM's Jinwoon too! ^^ Moms washed Kara's faces and hair and went to each member's room to find things that needed to be fixed.

Infinity Girls Come to Play Idol special features Mblaq! All 5 boys came to the show and played games and answered questions posted by the 6 girls.

There were some surprising facts that came out from their games that I wasn't aware of before. Like Mir is the outcast in the group, I never thought this would be since he's such a fun kid that seems to play around with all his hyungs. It takes G.O. 40 minutes to clean himself up! Lee Joon is the dirtiest member (this doesn't seem to surprise me, LOL! XD). Cheondoong is the 4D member (similar to his noona =P). And Seungho was never a fan boy! ^^

Idols turned actors, Super Junior's Choi Siwon, 2PM's Ok Taecyeon and C.N. Blue's Jung Yonghwa are guests in Win Win. How often do we get to see these 3 good looking idols together in one show? This is really one must see shows for Kpop fans. =)

They talked about their experience and how they got into acting. And the challenge the 3 of them are doing, a 3 person jump rope challenge. The number of skips they can do is the number of ice creams to be given to the audience. ^^

Shin Jung Hwan's new variety show where he's the PD and host. Mblaq is his first guest where he taught them everything he knows about variety shows.

They did everything from how to make a funny intro, body gag with tissue game, garter flicking and forehead flicking, and eating more than you can handle. ^^

Cheondoong went through a series of tests to see his strength and measurements for the teacher to know what program to use to help him with his built.

Key has to meet the scary chef again and prepare a meal for all the chefs. Key's challenging to cook doenjang chigae.

Dongho is shown at the time they're promoting in the Philippines. Filipino fans speak English so they have to communicate using the English language. Too bad he still haven't learned a lot so all the talking were left to the English speaking members.

Korea's National MC Yoo Jae Suk is finally coming back on sunday TV! I'm so happy and excited because I'm sure most of variety show fans missed him. With Family Outing 2 in the brink of cancellation, MC Yoo's new show "Running Man" comes along. But the PD's are still trying to save Family Outing 2 by giving it the same time slot as Running Man for the time being. I just hope they will finalize the schedules soon because I sure would want to see Yoo Jae Suk every week and not just every other week. =)

National MC Yoo Jae Suk is ready to return to his variety show duties by starting his very own, Running Man.

The preview was aired earlier today on the 27th and will air alongside Family Outing 2 every Sunday at 5:20PM KST.

Fixed members on the show include Lee Kwang Soo, Song Joong Ki, Gary, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Gook and Haha. The show also plans to invite guests for every episode, and the first will star Lee Hyori and Hwang Jung Eum.

It's the 2nd part of Wonder Girls' guesting in Win Win. Park Kyung Lim came as their guest friend to give them support. I felt sorry for the girls that they don't have a lot of friends in Kpop since they're always overseas a lot. Unlike other girl groups nowadays, they're all good friends but Wonder Girls are not in the loop since they're not around.

They're young and they need friends. I really wish them success that what they're doing will be all worth the sacrifice they're doing. Giving up friends and family for a successful career is a very hard choice to make and a big risk, I wish them all the best!

Key is going to be on a test with the main chef there to see how much she learned. He needs to prepare an eel with care. After the test, they went to see a tarot card reader to see how their fates will go. Then went to noraebang with Taemin.

Cheondoong was invited to visit the teachers house for a personal lesson. He seems to be having a hard time with yoga and finds everything weird. At the end of the day, Cheondoong just ends up dancing for his teacher, lol! XD

Dongho who is learning English went to eat out with his co-member Eli and his teacher in a foreign restaurant. The menu is all in English and the owner can only understand English too.

Wonder Girls had a successful comeback in Korea and they went around guesting in different variety shows. I'm glad they visited Win Win since SNSD's Taeyeon is a host, we can see if there will be rivalry among them. =)

The girls were asked different question from their American debut, their experience and lots of interesting topics were also asked. Some of the more interesting questions are, if they feel a rivalry from other girl groups specially SNSD who is the current no.1 girl group in Korea, a spot used to be owned by Wonder Girls, they also danced to different girl group dances to disperse the idea of rivalry.

Each were asked about a boy group member that is most like their ideal type, clarifying issues about JYPE mistreating them, and the touching moment talking about Sunmi. We also get to see a precious video of young Sunye taped by her grandparents. She's such a cute little girl!!!

Raising Idols is a show where they have idols to learn something new. Three idols were chosen, 1st is Dongho from U-Kiss, and he will have to learn English. Among his group mates who most can speak English, Dongho is the one with the worst English proficiency which is why he's chosen to study it more.

2nd is Shinee's resident diva, Key! Key will have to learn how to cook like a real chef. He brought Taemin with him to meet the chef but his diva attitude did not sit well with the head chef. Thank goodness he's not the one that will teach him how to cook. A student chef is going to be his teacher and I think Key will be able to charm his way to the lady chef's heart. ^^

3rd is Mblaq's Cheondoong. Dara's younger brother will have to learn yoga. He was more than surprised to know that he's learning yoga because he saw all girls in the yoga class and was pretty embarrassed. But wanting to build his pretty thin body, he will work hard to learn it.

It's the first episode of Haha Mong Show! I really enjoyed watching this show and I don't understand why it got low ratings on it's Korean airing. Probably because the viewers got tired of waiting since it got delayed a few weeks due to cancellation of all variety shows on TV. But nonetheless, it's a very entertaining show and I'm looking forward to more in the future. =)

The main MCs of the show are as the title said it, Haha and MC Mong with Kim Shin Young. Regular guests are Shinee's Key, SNSD's Sooyoung and Hyoyeon, BEG's GaIn and Narsha, and Mblaq's G.O. The show's very first guests are Big Bang's Daesung and Seungri.

I loooove the music video made by Daesung and Seungri, it's totally hilarious! ^^ Even their talks are fun and interesting.

Another segment other than the studio recording is the mother of a day where Haha and Mong will go to an idol's place to become their moms for a day. Their first babies are 2AM. To help being 2AM's moms are Kara's Gyuri and Hara.

All nine members of SNSD are present in this episode of Win Win. They all seem to have a lot of fun specially Tiffany. I discovered new things about the girls through this show. =)

They answered questions from the viewers and some are really interesting. They also played a game of ranking where in they were asked to rank themselves based on a given criteria. Each girl has a different personality so it's surprising to see that they all actually get along well with each other.

Special guest Ok Ju Hyun from FinK.L. gave them some good words of advise from a senior who was once a very popular idol as they are today. She looks so much prettier today and she seems to be really nice and like a real sister to the girls.
